Elementary program - looking for volunteers to divide up management of the
program (each take a small part)
1) Start of season - coordinate season schedule
- conduct tshirt/singlet inventory
2) Registration - up date paperwork/get
copies - organize/conduct event - maintain paperwork/singlet
deposits
3) Grant County jv/v tournament concessions - coordinate food -
find workers
4) Team photos - coordinate photographer -
handout/collect info/pictures
5) Tournament schedules - print out/pass on web
site address - send weekly email as to weekend tournaments are held.
6) Tournament
results - collect/document results - hand out pins - design/complete end of
year certificates
7) Elementary Tournament - award shirt inventory/collect and
coordinate workers for tables/misc gym workers
8) Year-End-Splash -
organize/coordinate/collect funds
9) Season end - collect singlets/shoes -
return deposit funds
10) Season Completion - clean/inventory all singlets/shoes
- inventory booster/tournament shirts (order new if required)
11) Awards
Banquet - organize photos and make slide show
12) Spirit Wear??
